Peer Review Process
AHSS uses double-blind peer review. The normal objective is to prevent the identities of authors and reviewers from influencing the assessment.

- Assignment to a suitable academic editor
- Identification of independent reviewers
- Confidential evaluation
- Editorial consideration of reviewer reports and journal requirements
- Revision where requested

Reviewer recommendations are advisory. The final editorial decision rests with the responsible editor. Review material must be treated as confidential and unpublished information must not be used for personal advantage.
